Small but nice room. Very hot in room, aircon not very good and window hard to reach to open and close but comfy bed. Lovely location right by the river and customer service.

We had our wedding reception at the Riverside Hotel and were thrilled with our choice. The staff went above and beyond with decorations, tailoring the menu to our tastes. Their attention to detail made our day unforgettable.
Ideal place for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner! Reasonably priced, great quality and the management and waiting staff very helpful and professional. Can't recommend this place highly enough!! Manger on duty was Holly I believe on the day we went, super helpful and friendly/curteous. Beautiful surroundings, great food and superb service, what more could you ask for?
Nice pub in a gorgeous location on the river Trent. The outdoor seating area is lovely, with gorgeous plants and shrubs making it truly magical on a warm summer evening. Plus the fact I can order at hot chocolate at the bar is a bonus for me. Tonight I had a slightly less than excellent hot chocolate which was almost thrown down on the table and pushed towards me, causing it to spill quite a lot into the saucer. Normally this doesn't happen, so I hope it was just one-off.
When i visited this very Trendy and Popular Tourist Establishment, i was very Impressed by it's Location. I did not stay here, i just wanted to see what it had on offer for it's Clientle. It had got a Fully Licenced Bar and Restaurant. It was a very Gorgeous Hotel that i only fancied a pint in it's Bar. The prices were very reasonable. It had also got all of the Clientle Amenities on site. The Hotel Crew were very Helpful and Friendly. What a Great place to visit. I Sincerely Recommend. Jonathan.
It was an amazing stay. Five stars in an understatement. There was so many little things that just went above and beyond what I was expecting. Mostly what made my stay so special was the team, everyone I had any dealings with seamed generally committed to ensuring my stay was as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Room 15 was cosy but perfect for me, the bathroom was a lovely style, I loved the bar and restaurant and most of all the garden views of the river trent. The food was perfect, I had the cooked breakfast everyday that was faultless, and I highly recommend the evening duck and also the beef. There are too many good points to mention but here's a few. The log fire as it was snowing outside and the fire was the perfect touch, the hand written welcome note with chocolates on the bed when I arrived, the little refillable milk churn at the room tea and coffee station for people that not want to use the uht pods and so much more. I with to thank the whole team for the work they do. And a huge thanks to Nat for ensuring I could get checked in after being held up in the snow driving down from Edinburgh and to Jamie for always having the perfect level of service throughout my stay. Thanks I hope to return again at some point. I wish you all the best.
